You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show it.

Bookings with travel providers

Flights, accommodation, transfers and tours are operated by third-party providers that have their own change and cancellation rules. We inform you of these rules before you pay. If you request a refund, we handle it with the provider on your behalf.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
